This information is strictly used to customize learning modules.Data Security and StorageAll digital student documentation, IEPs, and progress tracking data are stored on secure, encrypted cloud servers (such as Google Workspace for Education / HIPAA-compliant storage tiers).We do not sell, rent, lease, or share student records or parent contact information with any third-party marketing companies.Access to records is strictly restricted to Mrs. Ferguson.Deletion of RecordsUpon written request or within 60 days of program termination/withdrawal, all uploaded student documents, IEPs, and personal history profiles will be permanently purged from our servers to protect your family's data privacy.
